Distribution, quarterly

Investment funds usually offer an annual distribution, which must be effected no later than four months of the end of the fund’s financial year. In case of quarterly distributions (e.g. ERSTE GLOBAL INCOME), distribution will be paid four times a year. The net asset value of an investment fund is reduced by this distribution amount on the day of distribution (“ex-day”). The amount of the distribution is determined by the investment company and may also affect the investment fund’s material assets. The distribution amount is no indication of the quality of an investment fund or its fund management.
