Get informed
Before investing, please inquire in detail about investing in investment funds. All the necessary information will be provided by an employee at the nearest Erste bank branch, you can find it on the Company's website or directly in our Company.
Before making an investment decision, read the Prospectus and Rules of the selected fund.
Submit an application
After choosing a fund, submit an application for unit purchase and transfer funds to the account of the fund. The application form can be submitted at an Erste bank branch or through digital banking.
Applications received before 2 p.m. will be processed the next working day, and applications received after 2 p.m. will be processed in two working days.
Monitor your investment
After the issue of units, the Company delivers to the investors a Notice of execution of request for subscription of fund units in the way selected on the application form - by post or e-mail.
You can monitor the balance of units daily on the George application or Netbanking, other information about the funds will be published daily on the Company's website.
For additional information we invite you to visit the nearest Erste bank branch, use the Netbanking service, George, or contact an employee of Erste Asset Management by filling out the web form "Book an appointment" or by calling us 072 37 2900.
Investment funds in the George Store
George now allows you to buy investment fund units. With George, you can submit an Application form for unit purchase in just a few clicks. In addition to the fund list and additional information about the funds, you also have access to a graphic representation of the existing units in the funds.
Legal entities and institutional investors
Legal entities and institutional investors have the possibility to submit applications on Netbanking, George or directly to the Company by scanning the fullified, signed and certified request and sending it via e-mail to the address:

1. You have to open brokerage and custodial account. If you don't have listed accounts, you can open them at any Erste bank branch
2. After you have opened the accounts, you need to pay the desired investment amount to the brokerage account in the bank branch or through Netbanking
3. Finally, contact the broker of Erste Bank on phone number 072 372 277 and be sure to provide the following information:
- PIN for placing an order
- the name of the investment fund
- investment amount in EUR
